 You may use them freely but do not include them in any collections either online or on a CD for distribution to others either for sale or for no charge. Do not offer them for download on a web site or via any list or bulletin board. Do not claim them as your own. You may offer a link to this site so others can download them for themselves. In this new collection, which includes most of the older collection, you will find hundreds of designs that can be combined in any order that you wish. (The older collection was a smaller collection that was previously posted here but taken down when the newer collection was posted. The newer collection is improved.) I have included some 'stackables' in this collection. The purpose of the stackables is to apply them over top of the other borders thus creating many additional designs, as well as adding additional colors and more excitement to the borders. Thousands of combinations may be used. The colors of the borders can be easily changed to match the project on which you are working. I have written a basic tutorial on how to import the smp file into PhotoImpact's Easy Palette and where to put the bmp files so that PI will find the designs. You will find the tutorial here. The smp file for the Easy Palette is 3,669 KB zipped and 14,000 KB unpacked. It can be found here. The bmp texture files for the designs are 3077 KB zipped. They are also around 14,000 KB unpacked.
